General terms and conditions of service

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the rights and

obligations between MedReport OÜ (registry code 16381793, address: Sepapaja 12/1,

Tallinn 11415; hereinafter “MedReport”) and the client (hereinafter the “Client”) in

connection with the use of services (hereinafter the “Services”) provided through

MedReport.

1.2. MedReport is not a healthcare provider within the meaning of § 766 of the Law of

Obligations Act, but acts as an intermediary for health services and medical examinations

from service providers holding a valid licence issued by the Health Board.

1.3. The Services include:

– Ordering of analyses and analysis packages (performed and provided by Synlab Eesti

laboratory);

– Health examinations and examination packages (performed and provided by licensed

healthcare providers within the partner network);

– Purchase, booking and consultations related to healthcare services;

– E-consultations.

1.4. The Client may access the Services via MedReport’s platform at www.medreport.ee.

1.5. A contract for the provision of the Service is concluded at the moment the Client

confirms a booking on the website or in another accepted manner. By placing an order, the

Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and the Privacy

Policy.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

2.1. MedReport OÜ is responsible for:

– Managing and ensuring the technical functionality of the service ordering platform;

– Processing payments and ensuring the correct operation of payment systems;

– Handling refunds and resolving disputes at the first level.

2.2. The healthcare service provider is responsible for:

– The quality, results, and safety of treatment and examinations from the moment of

confirmed booking;- The provision of healthcare services in accordance with applicable legislation and the

licence issued by the Health Board.

3. PAYMENT AND REFUND TERMS

3.1. The Client shall pay for the Service through MedReport OÜ, using the payment options

available on the platform.

3.2. Refunds shall be made to the Client if:

– The Service cannot be provided due to technical reasons;

– The Client cancels the booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled service;

– The Service has not been provided and the Client submits a justified claim.

3.3. Refunds shall be made to the same payment method used for the original transaction,

within 14 days of the confirmation of the refund claim.

3.4. MedReport is not responsible for refunds in cases where the Service has been provided

but the Client is dissatisfied with its quality – in such cases, the Client must contact the

respective healthcare provider directly.

4. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

4.1. MedReport processes the Client’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy

on the processing of personal data, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

5.1. The Client has the right to submit complaints and claims regarding the quality of the

Service or its mediation by e-mail to info@medreport.ee.

5.2. MedReport will resolve complaints within a reasonable time, preferably within 7

working days.

5.3. If disputes between the parties cannot be resolved through negotiations, they shall be

settled in Harju County Court.6. OTHER PROVISIONS

6.1. MedReport reserves the right to amend these Terms by publishing a new version on the

website www.medreport.ee. Amendments shall take effect upon publication.

6.2. Continued use of the Service after the amendments take effect shall be deemed as

acceptance of the amendments by the Client.

6.3. The invalidity of any individual provision of the Terms shall not affect the validity of the

remaining provisions.
