1. GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/p>\n

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the \u201cTerms\u201d) govern the rights and<\/p>\n

obligations between MedReport O\u00dc (registry code 16381793, address: Sepapaja 12\/1,<\/p>\n

Tallinn 11415; hereinafter \u201cMedReport\u201d) and the client (hereinafter the \u201cClient\u201d) in<\/p>\n

connection with the use of services (hereinafter the \u201cServices\u201d) provided through<\/p>\n

MedReport.<\/p>\n

1.2. MedReport is not a healthcare provider within the meaning of \u00a7 766 of the Law of<\/p>\n

Obligations Act, but acts as an intermediary for health services and medical examinations<\/p>\n

from service providers holding a valid licence issued by the Health Board.<\/p>\n

1.3. The Services include:<\/p>\n

– Ordering of analyses and analysis packages (performed and provided by Synlab Eesti<\/p>\n

laboratory);<\/p>\n

– Health examinations and examination packages (performed and provided by licensed<\/p>\n

healthcare providers within the partner network);<\/p>\n

– Purchase, booking and consultations related to healthcare services;<\/p>\n

– E-consultations.<\/p>\n

1.4. The Client may access the Services via MedReport\u2019s platform at www.medreport.ee.<\/p>\n

1.5. A contract for the provision of the Service is concluded at the moment the Client<\/p>\n

confirms a booking on the website or in another accepted manner. By placing an order, the<\/p>\n

Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and the Privacy<\/p>\n

Policy.<\/p>\n

2. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES<\/p>\n

2.1. MedReport O\u00dc is responsible for:<\/p>\n

– Managing and ensuring the technical functionality of the service ordering platform;<\/p>\n

– Processing payments and ensuring the correct operation of payment systems;<\/p>\n

– Handling refunds and resolving disputes at the first level.<\/p>\n

2.2. The healthcare service provider is responsible for:<\/p>\n

– The quality, results, and safety of treatment and examinations from the moment of<\/p>\n

confirmed booking;- The provision of healthcare services in accordance with applicable legislation and the<\/p>\n

licence issued by the Health Board.<\/p>\n

3. PAYMENT AND REFUND TERMS<\/p>\n

3.1. The Client shall pay for the Service through MedReport O\u00dc, using the payment options<\/p>\n

available on the platform.<\/p>\n

3.2. Refunds shall be made to the Client if:<\/p>\n

– The Service cannot be provided due to technical reasons;<\/p>\n

– The Client cancels the booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled service;<\/p>\n

– The Service has not been provided and the Client submits a justified claim.<\/p>\n

3.3. Refunds shall be made to the same payment method used for the original transaction,<\/p>\n

within 14 days of the confirmation of the refund claim.<\/p>\n

3.4. MedReport is not responsible for refunds in cases where the Service has been provided<\/p>\n

but the Client is dissatisfied with its quality \u2013 in such cases, the Client must contact the<\/p>\n

respective healthcare provider directly.<\/p>\n

4. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA<\/p>\n

4.1. MedReport processes the Client\u2019s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy<\/p>\n

on the processing of personal data, which forms an integral part of these Terms.<\/p>\n

5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION<\/p>\n

5.1. The Client has the right to submit complaints and claims regarding the quality of the<\/p>\n

Service or its mediation by e-mail to info@medreport.ee.<\/p>\n

5.2. MedReport will resolve complaints within a reasonable time, preferably within 7<\/p>\n

working days.<\/p>\n

5.3. If disputes between the parties cannot be resolved through negotiations, they shall be<\/p>\n

settled in Harju County Court.6. OTHER PROVISIONS<\/span><\/p>\n

6.1. MedReport reserves the right to amend these Terms by publishing a new version on the<\/p>\n

website www.medreport.ee. Amendments shall take effect upon publication.<\/p>\n

6.2. Continued use of the Service after the amendments take effect shall be deemed as<\/p>\n

acceptance of the amendments by the Client.<\/p>\n

6.3. The invalidity of any individual provision of the Terms shall not affect the validity of the<\/p>\n
